Colette Temmink is the President of Property Services at Eden and member of the International Facilities Management Association Board of Directors. Prior to Eden, Colette was the Global Head of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for Cushman & Wakefield. Colette has served in a number of executive roles for companies such as Oracle, Boeing, Apollo Education Group, and Johnson Controls. Colette received an MBA from American University and a BSBA from American International College.

Kate North is a Workplace Advisor with more than 25+ years of experience, Kate’s forte is in helping her clients create innovative workplace strategies and adopt new ways of working.  Since COVID-19, she is leveraging her extensive background in “distributed work” to develop solutions that integrate work-from-home strategies while re-imagining the purpose of place. She is the co-founder of the Workplace Evolutionaries (WE), serving as the global chair and has authored two books and over forty case studies. Kate proudly serves on the IFMA Board of Directors and lives her passion of “changing the world, one workplace at a time”. 


MARSHA MCVICKER

CEO @ Errand Solutions


Marsha McVicker is the founder and CEO of Errand Solutions. She received her bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and it was during her MBA program that Errand Solutions was created. What started as a white paper for a scholarship requirement turned into a business idea, which went on to win a business plan competition and a spot in the Weinert Applied Ventures in Entrepreneurship (WAVE) program. Through WAVE, Marsha collected feedback from local Wisconsin business owners, raised money from individual investors (the first equity holder being the University of Wisconsin itself), and landed her first client, Kraft. To accelerate growth, Marsha completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT, informally known as the “Birthing of Giants”.


PETER ANKERSTJERNE

Peter Ankerstjerne, MBA, COP, FRICS, IFMA Fellow has more than 25 years’ experience covering most aspects of FM, Service Management, Outsourcing, Marketing and Strategy. For 24 years Ankerstjerne was employed by the ISS group, where he most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer. At ISS, Ankerstjerne was responsible for developing the Integrated Facility Services model, which is still a key focal point of the organization and now represents more than 40% of revenue. After a year as Head of Digital FM and Workplace Experience, EMEA, at Wework’s Powered by We, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle on 1’st of April 2020 as Global Lead, FM & Employee Experience.
